Our structure is similar to that of a solidarity-based agriculture (CSA, Solawi). The difference is that the olive farmers are not close to the consumers. In order to adhere to our principles, it is therefore essential to make the distribution of olive oil as direct as possible in order to guarantee the transparency of the value chain. In addition to the online tasting shop, we also want to offer the opportunity to obtain TEIKEI Olive without much logistical effort. We want to spread our economic model and TEIKEI Olive as an idea of fair trade. Our interest is to make distribution as simple as possible, which is why retailers or unpackaged stores can also become members of TEIKEI Olive.
