transparency

As soon as several actors are involved, you often have the problem of so-called information asymmetries. This means that there is an unequal distribution of information or power and decision-making relationships, which in turn influence individual opportunities for participation. In many systems, these inequalities are difficult to oversee because information flows are not specifically set up and promoted. Honest and real transparency requires a high level of awareness of the needs and possibilities of everyone involved. At TEIKEI Olive, we create a high level of transparency through regular exchanges between all those involved. To ensure that the effort required for exchange and collaboration does not become too great, we form the smallest possible teams, which in turn regularly exchange information in different circles of responsibility. In order to ensure even more transparency for our members, we would like to conduct open (online) discussions about TEIKEI Olive and the individual economic sectors. This is what the activities, such as bottling and personal visits by TEIKEI Olive members to the producers, are for. If you are interested in a personal exchange, please contact us! We try to provide as much detailed information as possible on our website, our newsletter and via our social media. If you have any questions or comments, please write to us! Feel free to subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube/Vimeo.
